GIA Developer

The GIA Developer participates in the analysis of business needs, the development of solutions, and the automation of processes related to identity and access management. He also contributes to the integration, support, and continuous improvement of solutions in collaboration with various teams. The role requires strong skills in development, problem-solving, and teamwork in an Agile environment.

Functions and Responsibilities . Understand and validate business needs in close collaboration with the team, product owner (PO), and users; . Participate in the design, programming, configuration, and integration of solutions on platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ, MuleSoft, and internally developed solutions (C# and VB.Net); . Develop and automate process flows to improve operational efficiency and access management; . Perform configuration of platforms during adjustments or new application integrations; . Ensure routing, operational monitoring, and support of solutions in production, including incident analysis and resolution, in collaboration with support teams and technology partners; . Document solutions and achievements, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and team activities.

Qualities Required to Succeed in This Role

We are looking for a person who: . Is recognized for their ability to analyze needs and propose suitable technological solutions; . Stands out for their mastery of development, integration, and automation technologies; . Demonstrates a strong capacity for adaptation and learning new technologies; . Is recognized for their collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in an Agile environment; . Has 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in software development or identity and access management; . Experience with an identity management platform such as Saviynt and/or SailPoint IIQ; . Experience with Azure/Entra ID and enterprise application concepts; . Knowledge of MuleSoft; . Knowledge of programming languages Java, C#, and VB.NET; . Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database; . Knowledge of YAML and Terraform languages and CI/CD processes; . Knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and the ability to apply them in a teamwork context; . Capacity for adaptation and learning new technologies.

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particularities of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $50,000 and $100,000. This position is open.
