The organization is looking for a senior functional analyst to contribute to the delivery, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise document and content management solutions.
The resource will join a team responsible for projects related to an enterprise document management platform based on Documentum. They will act as a functional expert in medium to high-complexity initiatives touching several business solutions in parallel.
The role involves strong collaboration with product owners, architects, developers, and business partners to ensure the quality, longevity, and security of delivered solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze, understand, and communicate business needs within the team
- Participate in the detailed design of solutions
- Collaborate with business partners in the elaboration of needs and backlog management
- Define functional specifications and exception scenarios
- Advise development teams and Product Owners on functional orientations
- Participate in the definition of user stories, sprints, releases, trials, and project scopes
- Develop functional trial strategies with architects
- Define and execute manual and automated trials under their responsibility
- Collaborate in implementation activities and anomaly resolution
- Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Participate in maintenance, evolution, and incident prevention activities
- Ensure the quality and security of implemented solutions
- Required Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in functional analysis
- Experience in requirements collection and analysis
- Experience in documentation and functional specification writing
- Knowledge of working in Agile mode (Scrum or SAFe)
- French language required
- Experience with Documentum (asset)
- Knowledge of document management
- Knowledge of Git / SourceTree
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Knowledge of client-server environments
- Knowledge of XML / XSLT languages
