We need you to

  • Participate in the evaluation of real estate development, redevelopment, strategic leasing, and partnership opportunities to optimize portfolio value and performance;
  • Develop and analyze financial models related to development projects, leasing opportunities, and strategic initiatives to assess their feasibility, risks, and profitability;
  • Prepare financial analyses, market studies, sensitivity scenarios, and recommendations for the executive team and various committees;
  • Draft and coordinate approval memos for significant capital requirements for the investment committee;
  • Participate in due diligence processes by analyzing the financial, technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects of projects;
  • Examine development budgets, construction costs, schedules, and financing assumptions to identify key risks and opportunities;
  • Contribute to the structuring and analysis of strategic partnerships with developers, investors, retailers, and other stakeholders;
  • Monitor project performance by comparing actual results to initial assumptions and identifying significant deviations;
  • Prepare presentations and decision-support tools for partners, the executive team, and various councils and committees;
  • Collaborate with development, leasing, operations, construction, asset management, and finance teams to support project advancement;
  • Develop and enhance the team's financial models, databases, and analytical tools;
  • Conduct continuous market research, sectoral trends, and regulatory changes that may influence the company's development strategies.

We value your qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate, investment, development, appraisal, or financial analysis;
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, administration, or related field;
  • CPA, CFA, E.A., or master's degree (or in the process of obtaining), an asset;
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial modeling;
  • Good proficiency in Argus software (an asset);
  • Experience in real estate project modeling and financial feasibility analysis (a significant asset);
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment and financial performance indicators;
  • Solid analytical, synthesis, and recommendation skills;
  • Rigor, autonomy, curiosity, and critical thinking;
  • Ability to manage multiple files and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders;
  • Excellent proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, essential for effective communication and professional presentations with our internal and external partners.
