Job status: Permanent Featured Contribute to sustainable mobility by supporting the daily operations of a vast public transportation network and shape the future of the metropole by bringing your expertise to our engineering teams. ### Your responsibilities MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: As a technical support technician under the direction of the section head, you are primarily responsible for executing para-professional technical tasks to achieve complex short- or long-term projects related to the construction, modifications, changes, and inspections of STM installations or equipment. Your main duties Technical support in the workshops for the renewal and manufacture of electrical, mechanical, or electronic components for the maintenance of equipment operated by the STM. The work is carried out in a manufacturing environment that uses an integrated production and material requirements management system to plan work and ensure the quality of manufactured, machined, or renewed parts. More specifically, you: * Identify problems and needs of requesters; * Research and propose technical solutions according to established standards. Participate in project cost evaluation; * Perform or participate in technical analyses and studies. Carry out and participate in the preparation of the technical reference; * Prepare and write the administrative or technical parts of bids. Establish, prepare, and/or update equipment and/or system plans using various design software. Participate in the preparation of the statement of work and the analysis of relevant submissions; * Provide technical support on request or throughout the process of carrying out the work. Verify the conformity of workshop drawings. Modify plans following an approved change request. Participate, upon invitation, in the validation of the list of anomalies for the acceptance of work; * Prepare and carry out tests. Take measurements on measuring devices. Write reports; * Organize and participate in technical meetings where you represent your discipline on projects; * Perform all other related tasks. *Join a stimulating team.

Working hours: 35 hours per week
