The Senior Content Marketing Consultant and Account Director plays a key role in the sale, planning, management, and development of Fuel Digital Media's content marketing campaigns. They act as a strategic partner to advertisers, agencies, and publishers, ensuring project coordination, performance tracking, and campaign goal achievement. They also contribute to business development by proposing the company's full range of advertising solutions to a portfolio of agencies and advertisers. They may also participate in the company's communications. This is a multidisciplinary, stimulating, and diverse role!

Role and Responsibilities

  • Project Management/ Content Marketing

Act as the primary responsible for all content campaigns of Fuel Digital Media with publishers, agencies, and advertisers.

Advise clients with a strategic, creative, and results-oriented approach.

Ensure the management and coordination of content marketing campaigns, from planning to delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, adops, production, billing, etc.) to ensure effective project execution.

Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and campaign tracking to ensure deadlines and goals are met.

Ensure the quality of deliverables and brand standards are met.

Monitor campaign performance and produce analysis reports and recommendations.

Identify potential issues and quickly propose adapted solutions.

Proactively develop content marketing and social media initiatives.

Maintain strong professional relationships with partners and clients.

Business Development

Act as a resource person for an assigned portfolio of clients for all their campaigns and projects.

Ensure proactive follow-up to anticipate needs and propose adapted solutions.

Design and develop proposals tailored to clients' marketing needs and objectives.

Coordinate client needs with internal teams.

Analyze campaign performance and propose optimizations.

Collaborate on the development of creative and innovative solutions.

Be motivated by achieving sales and revenue goals.

Ensure industry watch for new mandates and advertising campaigns to detect business opportunities and client reactivation.

Marketing/ Public Relations

Design presentations and communication tools for the company's clients.

Write and distribute press releases to highlight the company's achievements and expertise.

Manage the company's social media.

Desired Profile

University degree in marketing, or other relevant training and experience in advertising and communication;

Have an excellent network of contacts within advertising agencies and the Quebec marketing community;

Minimum of three years of experience in project management, ideally in digital content or social media;

Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and content marketing;

Excellent project management and organizational skills;

Expertise in business development and the sale of digital marketing solutions;

Ability to formulate relevant strategic recommendations;

Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Comfortable presenting product presentations and speaking to groups;

Excellent French, both spoken and written, and very good English;

Diplomacy and ease in developing and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and partners;

Sense of priorities, diligence, and attention to detail;

Creative and analytical mind.
