The Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and distributing materials and products necessary for operations. Their role involves ensuring the availability, accuracy, and compliance of inventories while effectively supporting production and shipping. Responsibilities include handling, inspection, order preparation, work area stocking, and maintaining the warehouse, all while adhering to health, safety, and quality standards.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for
- Receiving materials, verifying their compliance, and immediately reporting any discrepancies, breaks, or anomalies;
- Inspecting critical pieces upon receipt;
- Performing entry transactions into inventory and the manufacturing system;
- Picking materials for production and shipping;
- Managing the warehouse: cleanliness, organization, material identification, and control of inbound/outbound transactions, maintaining the accuracy of data in internal systems;
- Participating in cyclical and annual inventories and ensuring stock rotation;
- Checking for missing products in projects and forwarding recovery requests to the external warehouse;
- Preparing stock for shipping: verifications, counts, packaging, and labeling;
- Stocking production areas with materials and ensuring the flow of material and information;
- Following the procedures and requirements of the company's quality system;
- Collaborating daily with production, logistics, purchasing, and carriers;
- Effectively communicating information related to receipts, shortages, or emergencies;

What makes you an asset to our team
- Vocational studies diploma (D.E.P.) or secondary studies diploma (D.E.S.) with experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Worker in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent time and priority management skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team;
- Knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing operations;
- Ability to lift loads as needed for the position.
- SIMDUT knowledge;
- Proficiency in MS Office suite;
- Proficiency with integrated computer systems (ERP), knowledge of SAP (asset)
