Become a key player in optimizing our inventory management! You will participate in strategic planning and the execution of marketing strategies while ensuring smooth collaboration with our internal partners. This position offers you the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of marketing initiatives, while developing your skills in a stimulating and constantly evolving environment.

Your role

  • Participate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies for the categories under your responsibility
  • Define and maintain supply parameters in line with the corporate inventory management strategy while supporting product marketing initiatives under your responsibility
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies
  • Ensure excellent collaboration with business partners responsible for product marketing
  • Coordinate activities with stakeholders
  • Perform analysis and tracking of performance indicators (stock levels, accuracy of sales forecasts, turnover rate, inventory budget, dashboard, product statuses, etc.)
  • Participate in a collaborative cycle of sales, inventory and supply planning and revision (S&OP/CPFR)
  • Participate in any other related tasks ensuring the smooth functioning of the department

Skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations research, operations management, engineering, statistics or another relevant discipline
  • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in demand planning and inventory management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
  • Strong ability to analyze data to formulate recommendations
  • Good knowledge of technological tools such as MS Excel and Access (knowledge of JDA: an asset)
  • Sense of organization, diligence, autonomy, dynamism and attention to detail
  • Business sense and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Knowledge of retail and/or distribution, an asset
