The successful candidate will be required to communicate directly with our clients and colleagues across Canada. Clients must be served in their preferred official language (French or English).
As part of Fidelity's dynamic work model, you will have a 100% remote work schedule.
Please note that this position is a contract with full-time hours ending on July 12, 2027.

Bilingual Advisor Service Centre Representative
- All positions are subject to rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern Time) for the Advisor Service Centre teams.

Your Contribution
You will play an important role in helping investors achieve their retirement and other personal goals. Members of our team ensure that all requests from advisors and brokers are handled with the utmost care.
Advisor Service Centre Team
- You provide first-class customer service to investment advisors, their administrative support teams, and investors in our incoming call center.
- You will work directly with advisors to provide the support they need to inform their clients and plan their short- and long-term investment strategies.
- You will represent Fidelity by handling client information requests and facilitating the process by transferring the client to the appropriate internal associate, if necessary, in a timely manner.

- Bilingualism in both oral and written (French and English) is required.

Competitive Compensation for Specialized Talent
This contract position offers a flexible hourly rate that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The hourly rate ranges from $27.40 to $33.80, depending on your experience and skills.
