You will work with collaborative, multicultural, and passionate teams and play a key role in ensuring project performance and coordination according to technical, contractual, and organizational requirements.

You will be responsible for developing, consolidating, and maintaining reliable project schedules, identifying critical paths, and analyzing the impacts of risks and changes. You will also contribute to monitoring project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), value earned and performance analyses, while supporting contractual challenges related to timelines.
- We will call on you to:
- Develop, structure, and maintain project schedules according to the scheduling management plan and internal standards.
- Regularly update schedules based on on-site progress data and project participants' contributions.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate progress data (physical and calendar).
- Analyze scheduling deviations (delays, drifts, critical impacts) and identify associated risks.
- Prepare and produce scheduling reports and performance indicators according to project requirements.
- Actively participate in periodic scheduling reviews and project steering committees.
- Monitor deviations and proactively alert central project teams.
- Contribute to coordination and communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality of scheduling data.
- Your Profile
We place more emphasis on passion and mindset than on experience. That's why we don't expect you to have all the skills. We have compiled a list of those we believe will help you succeed and thrive in this role:
- University degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in project planning, ideally in an industrial environment (engineering, construction, transportation, energy, etc.).
