Night Customer Service Representative - ACT

2010, rue Papineau, Montréal, Quebec H2K 4J4 Schedule: Full-time or part-time night shift (to be determined based on needs and availability)

Salary: $19.25/hour (Includes night premium of $3 and retention bonus of $1**)

What your daily tasks will look like in one of our convenience stores

• Exceeding customer expectations by welcoming them and providing fast and accurate service;
• Processing transactions and balancing the cash register;
• Authorizing and monitoring fuel pumps (if applicable);
• Participating in sales optimization and store profitability;
• Restocking shelves, rotating inventory, and labeling products;
• Managing coffee and certain food and bakery supplies (if applicable);
• Ensuring the store is clean and attractive.

What we are looking for in one of our convenience store employees

• Friendly and smiling people;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to stand for long periods;
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise regularly, frequently, and without assistance, if needed.

The weight of the merchandise can vary, up to 12 kg (25 lb).
