Merchandiser - Rivière-du-Loup

In the context of our growth, we are looking for a Market Specialist - Merchandiser to cover the Rivière-du-Loup territory.

If you enjoy being on the road, working autonomously, and having a concrete impact in stores, this position is for you! To take on this role, you must have a valid driver's license, exclusive access to a car, and reside in the east of Montreal or nearby.

What we offer

• Salary: $20/hour
• Stable schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday daytime hours)
• Car allowance: $0.46/km
• Cell phone allowance: $32.50/month
• Duration of temporary position: 6 months
• Retention bonus of $250 after 6 months
• Location: Rivière-du-Loup
• Roadwork (autonomous worker)
• Your responsibilities

Market the products of a Canadian brewery (in cold rooms, refrigerated doors, and floor spaces) according to established standards and in an attractive way for customers

Market and arrange planograms in convenience stores and large retail outlets

Restock shelves and rotate products

Install equipment at the point of sale (POS) to support promotions or product launches and create a WOW effect

Improve the visibility, space, and accessibility of products

Establish good professional relationships with customers and regularly follow up to ensure their satisfaction

Provide excellent customer service

Work in collaboration with the sales representative to develop business opportunities

Submit a weekly report on executions

Visit 4 to 10 branches per day ✅ Desired profile

Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license are mandatory

At least one year of experience in customer service, merchandising, or a retail environment (grocery, an asset)

Be able to lift loads of 50 lbs (no need to go to the gym!)

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent, an asset

Enjoy customer service and have good communication skills

Excellent French (mandatory)

Must reside in the downtown or east end of Montreal
