The Position
Within the Employee Services Center, you will respond to the various questions and needs of the staff, covering a wide range of areas related to the Vice-Presidency of Talents and Culture. By managing personnel movements and adhering to the specifics of a large-scale environment, you will actively contribute to a complex and diverse organization governed by several collective agreements. With your diligence, versatility, and integrity, you will ensure the quality of processes and shared information. This strategic position is part of our renewed vision for the Employee Services Center, focused on excellence, collaboration, and strategic support.
You will need to:
- Provide first-line support to employees through various communication channels (ServiceNow portal, phone, email, chat, etc.);
- Answer questions about internal policies, administrative procedures, working conditions, regulations, and online tools;
- Provide information and instructions on a variety of topics (payroll, time management, absences, holidays, HR procedures, etc.), or redirect requests to the appropriate people;
- Document and follow up on requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system;
- Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to improve service efficiency and the employee experience;
- Participate in projects aimed at improving services offered to employees;
- Manage personnel movements (hiring, job changes, promotions, assignments, and transfers) while adhering to internal processes and requirements;
- Ensure the updating of employee files and their compliance with current procedures;
- Support the organization of hiring and internal mobility processes, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures, while respecting the confidentiality of information;

Essential Requirements
- College diploma in administrative techniques or a related field
Other Requirements
- Excellent French language skills (both spoken and written)
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to payroll
- Relevant work experience in the administration of collective agreements
- Advanced knowledge of Excel software
- Knowledge of an integrated HR system
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (an asset)
- Ability to work closely with a team
- Analytical skills, good judgment, and recognized problem-solving abilities
- Sense of organization and adherence to deadlines
- Diligence, attention to detail, and meticulousness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Innovative spirit and ability to drive change
