The Position

• Prepare and organize your workspace to ensure smooth operations;
• Welcome customers professionally and create a warm experience from their arrival;
• Advise customers on their choices, highlighting our culinary offer, food-beverage pairings, and signature products;
• Offer responsible alcohol service in accordance with established standards;
• Accompany customers throughout their experience, anticipating their needs and providing attentive follow-up;
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and a quality experience;
• Ensure compliance with established service, presentation, and etiquette standards;
• Present the bill and process transactions using an automated system;
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma (D.E.S.)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Due to serving a tourist clientele, good English language skills are required for this position
