• Welcome the client
• Follow the presentation steps (blue book)
• Manage BDC appointments
• Client follow-up (client prospecting)
• Follow up with each client who has purchased or not purchased a vehicle
• Customer service
• Keep client files up to date
• Perform a quality control of the vehicle to be delivered
