*In collaboration with the project management team, here are the tasks you will be responsible for as a Project Manager:*

• Project Management:

+ Monitor and validate the execution of work according to plans, estimates, and other specifications; + Ensure adherence to schedules and the quality of work; + Plan material, human, and financial resources for the project; + Advise and propose new procedures; + Participate in site coordination meetings.

• Cost Control:
• + Perform site cost control and propose improvement opportunities;

+ Integrate site costs into the computer system.

• Workforce and Subcontractor Management:
• + Verify and validate subcontractor work methods and the quality of their work;

+ Act as a leader and promoter of health and safety on sites.

• Problem Management:

+ Identify and resolve technical issues according to Group standards.

*You are the person we are looking for:*

• Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction engineering with 5 years of experience;
• Or have a DEC in civil engineering with 8 years of experience;
• Hold a valid driver's license;
• Have strong communication, management, and negotiation skills;
• Be recognized for your organization, diligence, and autonomy;
• Demonstrate imagination and ingenuity.
