We are looking for a qualified IT Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement IT solutions that promote efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
  • Convert business needs into functional specifications for technical teams;
  • Support system improvements, integrations, and implementations;
  • Identify process enhancements and recommend technical solutions;
  • Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and diagrams;
  • Participate in testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
  • Provide end-user training and create documentation for systems;
  • Work closely with Product Managers to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Required Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a retail environment;
  • Excellent understanding of business process analysis;
  • Practical experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow automation;
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies;
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio);
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar business analysis role within the e-commerce domain;
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative without close supervision and/or guidance;
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in thinking outside the box;
  • Proven ability to build relationships and establish strong credibility with operational teams, executive stakeholders, and external partners;
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, stay calm, and manage obstacles with ease;
  • Demonstrated forward-thinking and ingenuity to ensure all initiatives are executed in the most efficient and effective manner;
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in clearly and concisely conveying information to different levels of stakeholders;
  • Thrives in a stimulating and evolving IT environment;
  • Analytical mindset and enjoys solving business problems using technology;
  • Ability to fully own projects from conception to completion.
