General Laborer in Construction / Landscaping (On Call)

Summary

We are looking for several manual general laborers in construction and landscaping. The tasks are on call (by contract) for assignments spread between the North Shore and South Shore. The salary is $20/hour and we need you immediately!

Worker Responsibilities:

As a general laborer, you will provide direct on-site support for projects primarily focused on landscaping.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing excavation and grading work.
• Handling and transporting heavy materials (blocks, stones, dirt, etc.).
• Ensuring the unloading of trucks and the organization of tools on the job site.
• Preparing the site and cleaning work areas to maintain a safe environment.
• All other related manual tasks on the job site.
• Working Conditions:
• Status: On call, according to available contracts (please note that this is not a guaranteed full-time schedule for the entire season; work volume varies by assignment).
• Work under the direction of Charles, the company owner.
• Physical work outdoors, subject to summer weather conditions.
• Travel:

You must provide your own transportation to travel to various construction sites (North Shore / South Shore).
