The challenges you will face

Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you are responsible for developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical metrics to support organizational management activities, contributing to informed decision-making, continuous process improvement, and operational efficiency.

You collaborate with stakeholders to understand organizational needs and propose data-driven solutions.

In this role, you act as an expert advisor to stakeholders in analyzing, understanding, training, and organizing their needs in business intelligence and performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify specific performance indicators related to their goals and priorities;

Design relevant, measurable, and organization-aligned KPIs and metrics;

Develop data visualization and analysis-adapted performance indicators;

Use analytical and statistical tools to explore available data and identify trends, patterns, and relevant insights for data optimization;

Apply predictive analysis and machine learning techniques to develop indicators that forecast future outcomes;

Design and develop interactive dashboards in Power BI to present indicators in a clear and understandable manner.

The ideal profile for us

Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant degree to the position;

Hold 8 (eight) years of relevant experience to the position;

Knowledge in deep learning;

Ability to understand user/domain expert needs, extract technical requirements, and develop a work plan;

Knowledge and experience in using innovation, collaboration, and cocreation methodologies;

Skills in computer engineering and programming languages (e.g., Python);

Hold SQL skills and experience in searching large, complex data sets;

Aptitude to create complex models and algorithms.
