Our firm is currently expanding and we are looking for an accounting technician who wishes to evolve within a dynamic team where mutual aid, autonomy, and collaboration are important.

Your daily role

• Bookkeeping and complete accounting cycle
• Reconciliations, adjustments, and monthly closings
• Preparation of year-end files
• Production of financial statements
• Participation in tax filings (T2, CO-17, T1, TP1)
• Support and guidance for clients (emails and calls)
• Participation in the improvement of our internal processes
• Desired profile
• ✔ DEC in accounting required
• ✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
• ✔ Experience in preparing files and financial statements
• ✔ Good understanding of financial statements and accounting logic
• ✔ Comfortable with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365
• ✔ Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• ✔ Autonomous, organized, and meticulous
• ✔ Enjoys learning, taking on challenges, and taking initiatives
• ✔ Experience in a firm: a plus
