Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Associate (Required availability starting at 4:00 am)

You must be available to work shifts starting at 4:00 am. This requirement is mandatory for full-time and part-time positions.

Candidates must have a reliable means of transportation and be able to work regularly on a very early start schedule.

Since these positions are located at the airport, French and English proficiency is required to provide excellent service to a diverse clientele of travelers.

GENERAL FUNCTION

Our sales associates are essential to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will offer an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find high-quality sunglasses.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently meets sales plans and company objectives by cultivating relationships with clients, new and existing, to foster brand loyalty.
• Confidently offers an exceptional customer experience by building rapport, paying attention to details, and providing a personalized and unique shopping experience, resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers and management.
• Takes pride in the appearance of the store and demonstrates initiative to keep displays and stock clean, attractive, and organized. Secures all company assets under their control.
• Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or general education
• Adoption of new technologies and change with a high level of accuracy
• Sense of responsibility for sales results through the use of sales skills and a willingness to achieve objectives
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Personal motivation and proven ability to handle multiple tasks; ability to react flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
