• Ensure the compliance of operations by verifying and analyzing invoices, checks, and data entered into the customer portal.
• Perform deduction calculations and validate their accuracy to make payment requests to clients.
• Ensure the traceability of transactions by searching for and retracing the necessary supporting documents.
• Compare and reconcile information between the BDR, payments, and invoices to identify discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients to make payment requests for missing discrepancies, respond to inquiries, provide supporting evidence, and maintain a professional relationship.
• Any other tasks related to the function.

Do you have the ingredients we need?

• Have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in accounting;
• Have a strong analytical ability and excellent organizational skills;
• Good knowledge of the Office suite;
• Collaborative spirit;
• Bilingual;
• Have a concern for well-done work.
