Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, Renovation Projects, you contribute to the renovation projects of our members and clients. In this role, you will be the link between our members and clients and the partner companies that carry out the work, exclusively by phone. You will need to maintain rigorous follow-up with all stakeholders to ensure that each project runs smoothly. You will provide support to current or potential members and clients, represent the company, and assist them before the renovation project begins. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing a relationship and identifying current or potential needs, while fostering customer retention.
  • Advising members and clients on their renovation project, handling requests, selecting contractors, analyzing problems, seeking solutions, and developing recommendations.
  • Identifying overall findings, targeting gaps and opportunities, and making appropriate recommendations regarding selected contractors and received proposals.
  • Accompanying members and clients, listening to their needs, and recommending solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Participating in identifying operational risks and pursuing continuous improvement in connection with your unit's activities and processes.
  • Staying informed about new developments related to standards, products, or services in your field.

What you will bring

  • College diploma (DEC technical) in an appropriate discipline
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate level of English due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners or members and clients
  • Mastery of the advisory role
  • Knowledge of the renovation, construction, design, and decoration fields
  • Availability to work from Monday to
  • Thursday between 8:30
  • AM and 7:00 PM, and
  • Friday between 8:30
  • AM and 5:00 PM
