Your Mission

Are you passionate about IT support and enjoy being on the go? This role is for you!

As an IT Technician Level 1, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will intervene directly on-site to resolve their technical issues, ensure the proper functioning of their equipment, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Your Daily Tasks

• Provide first-line technical support to our clients with professionalism and efficiency (on-site, remote, or by phone).
• Manage requests through our ticketing system, ensuring rigorous tracking and quick resolution.
• Diagnose technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Document interventions and keep internal procedures up-to-date.
• Train users on deployed tools.
• Perform on-site interventions for clients, with a keen eye for detail and service.
• Collaborate with Level 2 teams and project teams to ensure smooth handling of more complex requests.

Microsoft Ecosystem

• Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
• Azure Active Directory: identity management, MFA, Conditional Access
• Intune / Endpoint Manager: deployment, configuration, compliance
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint & Sentinel: advanced security and SIEM
• PowerShell & Autopilot: automation and contactless deployment
• Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2022–2025
• Microsoft Copilot: AI-integrated assistance and productivity

Other Tools

• Backup: Veeam, Acronis, Datto/Kaseya
• Networking: Meraki, Fortinet, SonicWall, WatchGuard
• MSP Platforms: PSA, RMM, EDR, DMP, SIEM

Desired Profile

• IT training (DEP, DEC, or equivalent)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of computer hardware (PC, printers, peripherals)
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365
• Basic knowledge of networking, security, DNS/DHCP
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
• Bilingual French/English (3/5 or higher)
• Additional Assets:
• Microsoft certifications, experience with macOS, Linux, Windows Server, PowerShell
