This is a full-time regular position located in La Prairie.

In this essential role, you will need to

  • Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working in collaboration with the store team, sales representatives, and the regional management team
  • Promote a culture that fosters respect, accountability, collaboration, and team spirit
  • Contribute to the recruitment, development, motivation, and well-being of all members of your team
  • Manage the store budget and take the necessary measures to continuously improve financial results
  • Ensure compliance of the store with operational processes and standards, both for wholesale and retail sales.

Qualifications To join our team, you must have, among other things

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position, with responsibilities regarding financial results
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingualism in French and English as you will frequently collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
