  • *YOUR MISSION:*

Ensure complete management of post-disaster reconstruction projects, from the first client contact to the final delivery, while guaranteeing quality, respect for deadlines, and profitability.

*YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:* *Project Coordination and Management:*

  • Take charge of new files: conduct visits to damaged buildings, create plans, measurements, photos, and document all damages.
  • Ensure client communication and follow-up: write the presentation letter (probable causes and nature of the work), explain the reconstruction steps, organize the start of the construction site, and guide the client towards their disaster expert for additional information.
  • Manage project progress and documentation: collaborate with disaster experts to validate the work, enter and update information in internal software, including key dates.
  • *Work Planning:*
  • Validate and prepare projects: approve and adjust quotes before submission, assist the client in choosing materials according to the budget, and organize the complete work schedule with the coordinator.
  • Ensure supply and logistics: coordinate material orders, produce purchase orders, and ensure the availability of necessary resources.
  • Prepare construction sites and mobilize teams: plan construction site departures and transmit all required information to the teams for the execution of the work.
  • *Follow-up, Leadership, and Quality:*
  • Supervise construction sites: direct and mobilize teams on-site, conduct regular visits, provide continuous feedback, and act as a resource for more complex files.
  • Ensure quality and deadlines: monitor the respect of deadlines, propose solutions in case of deviations, and ensure customer satisfaction, quality control, and payment authorizations.
  • Finalize and monetize projects: approve final quotes, validate purchase orders, analyze profitability, and collaborate closely with the estimator.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • 5 years and more of experience as a project manager (major losses) in after-disaster.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent relational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivational leadership and ability to work under pressure.
  • Sharp sense of organization and planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent relational skills.
  • Available to travel to construction sites.
  • Excellent mastery: Reading plans and quotes, Microsoft Office, Simbility, and Xactimate.
  • Deep knowledge of the construction field.
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
