What you will do
Perform apartment leasing and the sale of personalized services, in accordance with established procedures and rate grids. Prepare and sign leases and documentation reflecting the commitments of the parties.
Welcome and meet potential (or existing) clients to identify their needs and be able to respond by promoting all offered services, the living environment, the quality of accommodation, and the environment. Ensure site visits and follow-ups required to conclude leasing and the sale of new services.
Welcome new residents, show them around all the facilities while explaining the offered services and the activities of the residence, introduce them to the management team of the residence.
Prospect and analyze the regional markets, relevant reviews, and advertisements.
Represent the residence and participate in special events and all activities that can enhance the visibility of the residence to the community of the region and establish a list of potential clients.
Keep up-to-date records of residents, available apartments, dates of entry for new residents and departures, furniture inventory, and leases to control availability and ensure necessary follow-ups.
What you will need
DEC in marketing, DEP in sales, or equivalent.
Excellent networking and interpersonal relationship skills.
Excellent communicator.
Analytical and persuasive mindset.
Results-oriented.
Ability to listen to clients' needs.
High availability and flexibility in scheduling. A presence one weekend a week is required for the position.
