Co-Manager - Place Laurier

We are looking for a passionate person in fashion and management to co-manage our Place-Laurier store.

What you will do

• Lead the team to maximize sales and build lasting relationships with our customers;
• Maximize visual merchandising to offer an exceptional experience;
• Manage inventory to prevent losses;
• Manage team performance daily while fostering professional development;
• Schedule team hours and manage their time.

What we require

• Minimum of one year of experience in team management, sales, or management;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Human skills and ability to lead and motivate teams;
• Sense of organization and priority management;
• Knowledge and interest in fashion;
• Ability to read and understand sales data;
• Proficiency in computer tools and inventory and cash register software (asset).
