Are you an IT leader who loves action, complex environments, and making a concrete impact?

Lacroix Médecine Privée is growing and is looking for an IT Team Lead to drive its technological operations across the network.

Full-time, permanent position, with a key strategic and operational role.

Based in

Quebec or Montreal

Occasional travel within our network (Montérégie, Laurentides, Outaouais)

The role is primarily based in

Laval with occasional travel to

Saint-Sauveur and Gatineau .

What we are looking for

  • Reporting to the IT Director, you are

the conductor of technological operations.

You don't just manage — you optimize, structure, and elevate .

Concretely, You Will

  • Take charge of all IT operations (infrastructure, networks, security, support)
  • Mobilize, lead, and develop your technical teams
  • Ensure optimal and continuous performance of critical systems
  • Manage major incidents with calm, rigor, and efficiency
  • Drive KPIs, SLAs, and ensure a high level of service quality
  • Structure and optimize processes (change management, continuous improvement, governance)
  • Optimize vendor and IT cost management
  • Strengthen cybersecurity and continuity plans
  • Actively contribute to strategic IT decisions
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
  • Develop, maintain, and test business continuity and backup plans
  • Provide, when required, technical support to users for network or system issues, including remote or on-site troubleshooting, incident resolution, and training (especially in cybersecurity)

The profile we are looking for

Experience

  • 7+ years in IT
  • 3+ years in team or operations management
  • Experience in multi-site environments (essential)
  • Certifications (asset): ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Azure
  • University degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Leadership and Key Competencies
  • Motivational, structuring leader, strongly results-oriented
  • Solid strategic vision of IT operations
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make quick, informed decisions
  • Excellent analytical and risk management skills
  • Experience in managing complex multi-site environments
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple technical teams
  • Effective management of critical situations, with calm and mastery
  • Strong orientation towards continuous improvement and operational performance
  • Technical Expertise
  • Infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage)
  • Microsoft ecosystem (AD, M365, Azure)
  • Networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall)
  • Cybersecurity and IT governance
  • Cloud and hybrid environments
  • Monitoring and performance tools

Interpersonal and Organizational Skills

  • Communication: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with technical teams and management.
  • Time management: Ability to manage both operational and strategic priorities simultaneously.
  • Team spirit: Ability to foster collaboration between technical teams and internal departments.

  • Strategic leadership: Ability to make structuring decisions and positively influence the organization.
