Customer Relations Specialist

One of our ALBI dealerships in Mascouche is currently looking for a Customer Relations Specialist; that is, a customer service expert who is highly organized and will stand out for their phone skills and ability to adapt to any situation.

Main responsibilities of the Customer Relations Specialist position:

• Schedule and confirm appointments;
• Call clients when their parts arrive;
• Conduct phone follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction;
• Manage the files under their responsibility;
• Any other related tasks.
• Working conditions of the Customer Relations Specialist position:
• Permanent daytime position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM;

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of manufacturer recommendations for vehicle maintenance (asset);
• Confidence and a pleasant approach with customers;
• Diplomatic skills;
• Comfortable with computers;
• Bilingualism (to serve an anglophone clientele).
