• Support and collaborate in the daily management of restaurant operations;
• Actively participate in service and act as an ambassador on the ground;
• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant's operations;
• Contribute to tracking performance indicators, costs, and profitability of the restaurant;
• Participate in scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks;
• Participate in recruiting, integrating, training, and developing team members;
• Take on any other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, resourcefulness, the ability to work under pressure, and a good sense of priorities;
• Have strong collaboration and team management skills;
• Be interested in supporting scheduling, costs, inventory, and budget management;
• Have excellent communication skills and see opportunities;
• Be comfortable with computer tools and restaurant management systems;
• Provide excellent customer service and handle delicate situations with professionalism;
• Asset: Relevant experience in management or restaurant management.
