Technical Advisor

Under the supervision of the Director of Services, here are your main contributions:

Ensuring the planning and estimation of work, the Technical Advisor is a key player in all aspects of vehicle maintenance, prevention, and repair.

The Technical Advisor takes all necessary steps to meet customer needs.

They welcome the client, build a trusting relationship, understand their needs, and interpret the information received to pass it on to the workshop technicians.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly upon arrival
• Schedule appointments
• Answer phone calls and inquiries
• Explain the nature of the work performed and all costs to clients
• Advise customers on required maintenance according to manufacturer standards
• Maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction
• Ensure clients are informed about any promotions or services offered
• Consider previous revisions, inspect the vehicle, and make recommendations about additional required repairs
• Prepare a detailed and accurate quote for labor and parts costs
• Other related tasks

Candidate Profile

• Have 1 to 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Ability to collaborate with the team to achieve goals
• Be organized
• Be a good communicator
• Have good judgment, autonomy, and initiative
