We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in supporting ERP systems, peripheral applications (Edge Applications), and implementing and optimizing E-commerce solutions. This key role also involves supporting initiatives across our various branches in several regions.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure optimal understanding and implementation of needs
- Support existing ERP systems, including updates, configurations, and incident resolution
- Manage and support peripheral applications connected to the ERP
- Drive E-commerce initiatives: needs analysis, priority definition, deliverable tracking, and post-implementation support
- Participate in the implementation of new solutions across different subsidiaries/branches, including user training
- Document processes, functional requirements, and test plans
- Answer questions from internal teammates and external clients about digital sales applications
- Become an expert in digital sales applications to support all initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external developers to evaluate bug fixes and deploy new features
- Track projects and incidents with systems until resolution using a ticket tracking system
Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of experience in a customer service/support role
- University or college diploma in a related field, preferably
- Background in online commerce or marketing will be an asset
- Excellent analytical, communication, and priority management skills
- Bilingualism (French/English) required, both spoken and written
- Additional Information
- Salary Range: $35-45/hr
