SUMMARY
We are looking for a product analytics leader, both strategic and operational, to improve how we design, develop, and optimize our digital products — including our web platforms and mobile applications.
This role is directly integrated into product teams and plays a key role in decision-making. You will be responsible for defining product analytics practices across the portfolio, while generating actionable insights that influence priorities and roadmaps.
As a unique expert in product analytics, you will be responsible for establishing standards, ensuring that every feature is measurable, and transforming user behaviors into clear product decisions.
This role directly contributes to improving digital decision-making to elevate the customer experience. We are looking for a curious, customer-oriented person, and motivated to deeply understand users, their behaviors, and their needs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Product Analytics Governance and Standards
- Define and enforce product analytics standards across digital platforms
- Structure measurement frameworks (KPIs, event taxonomies)
- Approve tracking plans before production
- Integrate analytics requirements into the definition of "Done"
- Ensure a single source of truth for product metrics
- 2. Product Development Integration
- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and developers
- Ensure that every feature and journey is measurable from the start
- Integrate analytics requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Validate data quality during production releases
- 3. Insights and Product Influence
- Analyze user behaviors (web and mobile) to identify friction points and opportunities
- Produce high-impact analyses to guide product priorities
- Challenge assumptions with concrete data
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- 4. Cross-Portfolio Vision
- Identify trends across different digital products
- Provide end-to-end customer journey visibility
- Highlight improvement opportunities at the ecosystem level
- 5. Advanced Data Analysis and Utilization
- Use BigQuery for advanced analyses and cross-data source integration
- Combine product, operational, and transactional data
- Go beyond standard dashboards to address concrete challenges
- 6. Data Quality and Governance
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of analytical data
- Maintain documentation of standards and definitions
- Align data sources to avoid inconsistencies
- 7. Internal Capability Development
- Develop self-service tools and dashboards
- Train teams on data utilization
- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture
- PRIORITIZE HIGH-IMPACT ANALYSES
Essential Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital product analytics or similar roles
- Advanced expertise with GA4, GTM, and BigQuery
- Strong understanding of web and mobile user journeys
- Demonstrated ability to influence product decisions with data
- Experience in agile environments with product teams
- Self-sufficiency and ability to structure a developing domain
- Strong curiosity and customer-centered approach, with a keen interest in understanding user behaviors
Assets
- Experience in aviation, logistics, or B2B platforms
- Knowledge of mobile tracking specifics (iOS/Android)
- SQL skills and data modeling capabilities
