Quality Coordinator

Overview

Join our growing engineering team as a Quality Coordinator and contribute directly to the performance and continuous improvement of our professional services. Within a multidisciplinary environment focused on innovation and excellence, you will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System (QMS), in close collaboration with project teams and management.

Your Role

• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop and update processes, procedures, instructions, and forms related to the QMS.
• Provide and coordinate quality training for employees, including onboarding new hires.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external quality audits.
• Analyze and present quality data during management reviews, and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Support non-conformance management, including corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction tracking and quality requirements compliance.

About You

• University degree in engineering.
• Member of the OIQ.
• ISO9001 certification as an asset.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in your field of expertise.
• Quality experience on large projects.
• Experience in the railway construction sector.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French, English as an asset.
• Knowledge of construction techniques.
• Good understanding of plan and estimate reading.
• Proficiency in using computer tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
• This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, such as English, as you will be part of a Canadian, global, or regional management team and will need to collaborate with colleagues outside Quebec.
