What will you contribute to the team?

• Place purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure that parts are received on time and according to the production schedule
• Manage portfolio activities related to invoices and pricing issues of orders
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction while optimizing quality, cycle time, and costs for the organization
• Track and validate the delivery of parts in production in close collaboration with internal partner functions (Logistics – Line Function)
• Maintain key operational and financial performance indicators
• Interact with various multidisciplinary teams (Logistics – Line, Programs, Finance, Production, and Quality)
• Apply and follow supplier contractual conditions
• Negotiate and implement change management requests and secure associated purchase order requirements

How will you thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor's degree in administration or operations management and have a minimum of five (5) years of experience
• You have experience with SAP and BAAN (an asset)
• You possess a keen sense of ethics and are customer-focused
• You have strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, as well as good interpersonal skills
• You have good knowledge of MS Office
• You are bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
