In your ideal role, you will

• Interpret plans, estimates, and technical documentation for various industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. (Lathe, milling machine, CNC machine, sheet metal equipment, heat treatment, etc.)
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on various equipment using specialized tools.
• Participate in the design, fabrication, and optimization of equipment.
• Perform tasks both at heights (nacelle, aerial platform) and in confined spaces.
• Use electrical, pneumatic, or manual tools, depending on the operations to be performed.
• Use measuring instruments, such as micrometer, vernier, caliper, etc.

As our ideal candidate

• You hold a DEC in industrial maintenance technology or a DEC in mechanical engineering or a DEP in electromechanical and have 3 years of relevant experience.
• You have experience in maintenance on production machines (an asset).
• You have experience in maintenance of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic machines (an asset).
• You must be comfortable with autonomous work and demonstrate initiative. You have very good communication skills.
• You have good judgment and work well within a multidisciplinary team.
• You must be flexible; there is a possibility of working varied hours on 7 days, 24/24 hours, according to the collective agreement. (Day OR Evening OR Night)
