What are your contributions to the team?

Establish and control the achievement of production goals by planning, organizing, motivating, and coordinating the activities of a group assigned to the assembly of the Dorval plant;

Manage the budget of your group, ensure the quality of the product, and the productivity of your employees (15 to 25 employees);

Identify, document, and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives and share best practices within the organization;

Ensure continuous improvement, notably by using the problem-solving process;

Exercise your leadership in the respect of Bombardier Aerospace's vision and values;

Coach your team to develop talent within the organization.

How will you thrive in this role?

You have very strong management skills and ideally have extensive experience in aeronautics;

You have a college-level education or equivalent experience;

You have values and a vision that align with the company's philosophy;

You have knowledge of both French and English;

You also have the ability to work under tight deadlines.

You have at least five (5) years of experience.
