We are looking for an auxiliary nurse for our residence Excelsoins Les Écluses in Saint-Lambert.

• Night Auxiliary Nurse, Permanent Part-Time - 23:00 to 07:00, 32 hours/week - 1 weekend/2

Main responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for each resident;
• Monitor the evolution of their health status and intervene in case of emergency;
• Ensure responsibility for the respect of directives and established protocols during your shift;
• Act as a resource person for your team and communicate with the Director of Nursing;
• Collect clinical information and prepare the inter-service report;
• Communicate important information to other team members received during the previous shift's inter-service report or multidisciplinary meetings;
• Process clinical-administrative requests according to protocols established by the employer.

Required qualifications

• DEP or DEC in health, assistance, and nursing, or equivalent;
• Be a member in good standing of the OIIAQ professional order;
• Ability to communicate and work in a team;
• Have a good sense of responsibility and be concerned about the well-being of residents;
• Be quality and customer service-oriented.
