Auxiliary Nurse - Supervisor

Located near the Laviolette Bridge in Trois-Rivières, La Résidence La liberté is currently looking for an auxiliary nurse to fill the position of Supervisor (NIGHT SHIFT).

Under the supervision of the care management, the supervisor is responsible for delegating care to support staff and implementing administrative decisions for the proper functioning of the units, while supervising the healthcare personnel.

Main RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accompany and supervise the care staff;
• Ensure the follow-up, updating of the medical file, and coordination of appointments;
• Contribute to the evaluation of the health status of our residents and the implementation of their care plans;
• Participate in the training and integration of support staff with beneficiaries;
• Contribute to the evaluation of the health status and identification of the needs of the resident;
• Ensure the continuity of care with the nurse and auxiliary staff of the CLSC;
• Answer the questions of the families of the residents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a valid and active license from the Order of Auxiliary Nurses and Nurses of Quebec (OIIAQ).
