Home Care Aide

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and professional individual to join our home care team. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life of our families by providing personalized, respectful, and attentive support. Your mission will involve offering care and assisting our clients with daily living tasks, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care: AVQ ET AVD, law 90, Pdsp, RCR

Prepare meals and assist with meals, following dietary recommendations.

Ensure the well-being and safety of the client by following company protocols and procedures.

Assist with light household tasks to maintain a healthy and pleasant environment.

Observe and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.

Provide emotional support, be attentive to needs, and foster a trusting relationship with the client and their family.

Requirements

Diploma or training in auxiliary care, or equivalent experience in home care.

Current RCR and first aid certification.

Patience, listening skills, empathy, and respect for the dignity of each individual.

Ability to work autonomously while maintaining communication with the team.

Reliability and punctuality.

Valid driver's license and car

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
