As a Restaurant Manager Assistant, you are the second in command of a thriving business. By working with your Restaurant Manager, you grow the business by ensuring every customer feels special. And when you do, you are greatly rewarded.

This is a transitional position where you prepare to become a Restaurant Manager.

• Provide top-notch customer experience
• Prepare our world-famous chicken to the highest quality standards
• Serve beverages, cook fresh and frozen products according to specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Manage cash handling, cash reconciliation, and daily paperwork
• Manage financial controls, operations, personnel development, customer service, and compliance
• Maintain and order inventory
• Train and develop team members and shift leaders to achieve operational excellence
• Resolve in-store issues and communicate plans to the team
• Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
