The Credit Insurance Underwriting team is part of the CIU team and conducts credit risk evaluations on businesses worldwide that enter supply agreements with our clients. The Credit team also manages the same type of requests for our domestic credit insurance partner(s) as an agent for our shared portfolio. Tens of thousands of requests are processed each year, partly manually, with an increasing proportion supported by various models, robotic process automation (RPA), and/or digital workers.
