The Role
Are you passionate about data, strategic analysis, and decision-making tools? We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will actively contribute to the performance and growth of our organization.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Administration and Finance, the selected individual will play a key role in transforming data into strategic information to support decision-making. They will be responsible for creating and tracking various types of analyses, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), establishing performance benchmarks, and creating dashboards to monitor these indicators. They will also collaborate regularly with the human resources team, directors, and supervisors of the firm. This strategic role will bring significant added value to our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to enable managers to make informed decisions;
- Transform data from various sources into strategic information and provide recommendations to improve business performance;
- Gather business needs and translate them into BI solutions;
- Participate in the automation and optimization of reports and analytical processes;
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance;
- Identify or create KPIs related to workload and responsibilities for different types of positions and provide recommendations;
- Target areas for improvement in Power BI analyses and communicate recommendations to team leads and supervisors if necessary;
- Analyze and compare actual data with established performance benchmarks;
- Perform any other tasks related to data analysis and process improvement.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, analytics, business intelligence, management, or a related field;
- Strong data analysis skills;
- Minimum of two years of experience in a role involving data analysis;
- Ability to communicate in both French and English;
- Proficiency in Power BI;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, Power Automate, SQL Server, DAX, and Microsoft Fabric (an asset);
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (an asset).
- Skills to analyze data, identify issues, and draw conclusions;
- Ability to communicate and synthesize information;
- Leadership and initiative;
- Strategic thinking and critical thinking;
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
