Overview of the Position
- REVENUE GROWTH MANAGER, CSD CASO
The person acts as a Revenue Growth Manager, supporting the CASO team, with a mandate anchored in three core pillars: trade promotion management/governance, sales and supply planning, and commercial analytics/decision support. He or she will play a key role liaising with Sales, Sales Planning, Finance, US Supply Chain & bottler/partner. The person will report to the Sales Director in charge of the CASO team.
Trade Promotion Management/Governance
- Own end-to-end trade promotion management execution for CASO team, including promotion setup, validation and issue resolution
- Stewardship of trade investment budgets in partnership with Finance, including audits, accruals and post-audit resolution
- Primary governance interface with bottlers, treasury, finance and US RGM teams
- Accountable for system integrity across TPM (Trade Promotion Management), Siebel and MicroStrategy (controls, data accuracy, compliance)
- Identify trade Spend Optimization every quarter
Sales & Supply Planning Interface
- Coordinate commercial forecasting across sales planning, finance and US supply chain to align demand signals
- Own sales volume estimates and variance analysis
- Participate actively in supply review forums both internal and external
- Resolve issue when forecast, actuals or system data misalign across partners and platform
- Ensure Data-Driven KDP concentrate accuracy to decouple sales outlook from financial forecast to give true demand reading
- Become the direct interface with bottler supply to challenge and improve concentrate forecast accuracy & attainment based on data, trends and bottler intel
- Load the monthly forecast into SAP system
Commercial Analytics & Decision Support
- Validate and reconcile bottler data to ensure trusted reporting on both concentrate and case sales volume
- Prepare reports showing CASO performance (e.g. weekly case sales)
- Provide proactive ad-hoc analysis to support commercial decisions
- Update Volume/Sales/Profit cascades, including consumption exercise, to support financial forecasting processes
- Monitor monthly KPIs related to partner obligations and identify key variances/priority areas
- Support profitability analysis for new products
- Analyze KDP and competitor circulars on Numerator platform
- Support Sales Director, CASO, in sales, governance and East Territory commercial visits as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in finance, administration or any other relevant field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue growth management or sales planning in consumer goods, preferably in the food industry;
- Experience working with Siebel (Trade Promotion Management software), Margin Minder & MicroStrategy (CASO case sales reports), SAP (case sales forecast)
- Excellent knowledge of Nielsen (RMS, Homescan);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Total Compensation: CAD $95,300.00 - $130,900.00 annually.
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
