The IT HR Value Stream Solutions Architect is responsible for end-to-end delivery and operations of HR technology. This role combines leadership in solution architecture, operational functional expertise, daily activity management, and business demand governance within the IT HR value stream. The role ensures that HR systems - SuccessFactors, payroll, and time and activity management - are stable, compliant, cost-effective, and continuously evolving to meet business needs. The position acts as the single point of responsibility for the integrity of solutions across all run, change, and new demand activities.

SAP Functional Expertise

  • Design end-to-end HR solutions covering systems and integrations
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security, and compliance requirements
  • Take responsibility for architecture decisions, associated trade-offs, and design approvals
  • Validate functional and technical designs proposed by vendors and internal teams
  • Maintain architectural integrity through projects, enhancements, and operational changes

Operations and Incident Management

  • Ensure daily operational stability of IT HR systems, including:
  • + Incident, problem, and change management
  • + Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
  • Provide operational functional support for:
  • + Payroll processing issues
  • + Time and activity management discrepancies
  • + HR data and integration failures
  • Coordinate with vendors, SAP, and internal technical teams to restore services promptly
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements, IT general controls (ITGC), SOX regulations, and payroll regulatory obligations

Demand Management and Delivery Governance

  • Act as the single point of entry for IT HR demand:
  • + Collect, analyze, and clarify business requests
  • + Translate demand into solution options, estimates, and delivery approaches
  • Prioritize demand based on:
  • + Business value
  • + Risk and urgency
  • + Available capacity and architectural impact
  • Drive delivery execution by:
  • + Collaborating with the PMO and system integrators
  • + Managing scope, dependencies, and risks (RAID)

+ Supporting integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and hypercare phases

License and Vendor Management

  • Manage IT HR licenses, including:
  • + SuccessFactors module usage and rights
  • + Payroll and workforce management system licenses
  • Track consumption, ensure compliance, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Support vendor management activities, such as performance tracking, contract discussions and renewal, and technical proposal validation

How will you thrive in this role?

  • You hold a university degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • You have 7 to 12 years of experience in HR IT, enterprise applications, SuccessFactors, or equivalent SAP environments.
  • You have demonstrated experience as a solutions architect in significant or complex HR initiatives.
  • You have worked in multi-vendor, system integrator-driven delivery models.
  • You have excellent understanding of:
  • + End-to-end integrations
  • + Data flows between HR, Finance systems, and external vendors
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English.
