What will you contribute to the team?

• Coordinate and track the overall progress of multi-site R&T projects of varying technical and financial scopes.
• Structure, plan, and track project progress (milestones, deliverables, risks, decisions).
• Ensure alignment among different stakeholders: technical teams, operations, engineering, quality, finance, and suppliers when required.
• Serve as the project focal point, facilitating communication between sites and ensuring information consistency.
• Prepare and facilitate project reviews, governance committees, and progress meetings.
• Develop and present executive presentations (for directors and VPs) summarizing project status, challenges, decisions, and recommendations.
• Document projects (plans, tracking, presentations, reports, technical reviews).
• Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure proactive tracking.
• Contribute to the improvement of R&T project management and multi-site collaboration practices.
• Adapt easily to an industrial environment, with regular interaction with field teams.

How will you thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or equivalent relevant education/experience.
• You have 10 years of significant experience in a project coordination or technical project management role, ideally in an industrial or R&T environment.
• You are self-motivated, structured, and capable of managing multiple projects of different natures and sizes simultaneously.
• You have strong project management skills (scheduling, team coordination, priority management).
• You are recognized for your communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are comfortable presenting to executive levels (directors, VPs) and adapting your message to different audiences.
• You are comfortable in an industrial setting, including interactions on the production floor.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) – essential.
• You have demonstrated the ability to work in a cross-functional and multi-site environment.
• You exhibit excellent organizational skills, foresight, and diligence.
• You are fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written.
