Our team

The cabin electrical systems integration team for the Global and Challenger business jet families is a dynamic team that ensures the proper functioning of all electrical systems, cabin management, and telecommunications; including lighting, audio and video entertainment, kitchen appliances, cameras, security, and electrical power distribution systems. These systems ensure the exceptional flying experience in a Global or Challenger aircraft for our clients.

What will you contribute to the team?

  • Review, analyze, and understand customer specification documents;
  • Define and design the cabin systems configuration;
  • Produce and validate electrical system definition documentation such as electrical schematics;
  • Ensure coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
  • Define and perform functional and robustness system tests on the test bench to test the interfaces between systems and ensure the highest level of product quality under all conditions;
  • Ensure and document compliance with aircraft certification rules (FAR, RAC, EU-OPS 1);
  • Support aircraft in production to diagnose and quickly resolve anomalies;
  • Keep a creative and innovative mindset to find improvements to our current ways of doing things and do so in a continuous improvement spirit.

How will you thrive in this role?

  • You hold a university degree in electrical engineering or aeronautical engineering, or equivalent;
  • You have 10 years or more of experience. Experience with cabin systems is a major asset;
  • You have relevant work experience in engineering in the field of business jet interior finishing;
  • You have already managed suppliers;
  • You have experience in the design and/or integration of electrical systems;
  • You have experience with Autocad or any other electrical conceptualization software;
  • You have experience with electrical schematics, testing, and debugging;
  • You understand the basics of product engineering structure and certification rules;
  • You are bilingual (French, English), both written and spoken;
  • You are comfortable working with minimal supervision, enjoy teamwork, and have strong project organization skills;
  • You demonstrate initiative, have a strong sense of responsibility, and good technical judgment.
