Official Internal Job Title: Savings Technical Advisor
Status: Regular
As a Savings Operations Advisor, you will ensure the planning, coordination, and follow-up of the activities of the New Business and External Funds department, while ensuring the achievement of performance, quality, and operational efficiency objectives. You will actively contribute to the development of the department, the improvement of work practices, and the implementation of key projects. You will supervise the activities of the administrative team, adjust priorities according to needs, and act as a resource person for the various sales networks to ensure rigorous, consistent, and results-oriented service.
You will achieve the following functions
- Supervise, prioritize, and follow up on the work of your service's employees to ensure the respect of deadlines, the quality of deliverables, and the achievement of operational performance objectives.
- Actively contribute to the development of campaigns, new products, and business projects by ensuring rigorous handling of operational impacts.
- Act as a resource person for internal teams, users, and the IT team to support analyses, production rollouts, training, and the adoption of changes by concerned teams.
- Analyze work processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement the required solutions to increase efficiency, quality, fluidity, and performance of operations.
- Structure and coordinate the training of new employees as well as continuous training to support the development of skills, autonomy, and performance of teams.
- Ensure the follow-up of management reports, analyze the results, and coordinate the required actions to correct deviations, support decision-making, and improve overall performance.
- Coordinate activities related to financial statements, tax filings, and other operational obligations, ensuring rigor, compliance with deadlines, and the quality of validations.
- Act as a point of contact for sales networks for case follow-up, management of special cases and issues, and situations requiring coordination with internal teams.
Your skills and qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in administration, operations management, or any other relevant discipline.
- Accumulate a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in an operational, financial services, or project environment.
- Possess good knowledge of savings and investment products, their operational framework, and the associated tax concepts.
- Possess excellent mastery of the Office suite tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, and Copilot 365, as well as proficiency in using various systems, management reports, and tracking tools, such as JIRA.
- Master both French and English languages, both spoken and written.
