Position Overview

As a *Pizzaiolo (pizza maker)*, your role is all about crafting the perfect pizza - from kneading the dough to selecting the freshest ingredients and creating mouthwatering combinations that leave a lasting impression. You'll be a culinary maestro, handcrafting each pizza with love and precision, ensuring every bite is a taste of perfection.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain a clean working area and cooking surfaces to make pizzas
• Understand POS generated orders
• Evaluate all food requirements and maintain the standard level and quantity for the same at all times
• Respect health and safety procedures
• Keeps the pizza counter stocked and garnished, restocking regularly
• Close and clean the station according to restaurant standards
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and the chef

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English or French and 18 years or older
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must be able to adapt to different environments and speeds
• Presents a clean-cut, neat and professional image
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Has an excellent understanding of time management
• A positive and collaborative team player attitude
• Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, overnight hours and holidays
