Within your team, your essential role will be:* to plan, organize, and control all operational activities and human resource management, while adhering to the standards set by Jean Coutu Group;* to ensure that the commercial image respects the standards of the Jean Coutu Group;* to hire the necessary staff to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy;* to supervise your team, ensure their training, and evaluate their performance;* to make a budget plan for your pharmacy.
